Support Network Program

This year we are introducing the SAENA Support Network for members seeking more guidance and a way to contribute and network with other members.

The SAENA Support Network focuses on the SAENA community supporting each other and providing guidance, support and friendship to members that participate. We aim to foster a community of practitioners whilst developing our practitioners’ skills, businesses and opportunities.

The SAENA network will give members the opportunity to use their skills to give and receive guidance through a buddy/small group system where you can share your skills, give feedback and discuss ideas with your buddy/group. Working together will help you reach your goals sooner from the support you receive.

We will match members participating in the program with other practitioners or students and you will both be a ‘mentor and mentee’ and share your practitioner’s journey together, either in person, online or phone. You do not have to be a graduate or have 10 years of professional experience under your belt to help another practitioner. We all have the ability to support another, including having a positive mindset and keeping ourselves accountable.

Skills to share might include:

  • Starting up your business
  • Developing and maintaining your business
  • Marketing
  • Practitioner skills: Talking about case studies, Shadowing another practitioner
  • Furthering education, sharing course, research etc.
  • Accountability
  • Support/Mindset
  • Networking with like-minded peers
  • Leadership
  • Keeping up to date with research
  • Goal setting

If you have other ideas you would like to tell us about, please mention it in the survey. If you are interested in business expert courses or webinars, journal club or absolutely anything else, please let us know.
